YOUR ORDER DOES NOT FIT OR YOU DON'T LIKE IT THIS TIME?
No problem - within 14 days after receipt of the package, you can send the goods back to us.
Returns from Germany are free of charge for you.
Orders outside of Germany must be returned to us at your own expense with a service provider of your choice.
HOW DO I RETURN?
1. In the package you will find a return label for shipping with UPS Express if you come from Germany.
2. Please stick the label on the package and mark the items that will be sent to us, stating the reason.
3. Book a UPS collection at 01806 882 663 with the customer number 5X9884 or give the package to a UPS Access Point.
4. As soon as your return has arrived and has been checked, we will post the purchase amount back to the payment method used.

A - Not as described
B - too small
C - too big
D - Fit
E - wrong item received

YOU AREN'T HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER THIS TIME?
No problem - you can return or exchange any purchase within 14 days of receival.
If your shipping address is outside of Germany, you have to arrange the shipping of your return yourself. Costs for the return are carried by the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
1. Please use the return form and indicate which item (s) you wish to return / exchange including the reason of your return.
2. To return your order you can choose a delivery service of your choice. Please make sure the returned item (s) are new, unused, in their original packaging and with all designer garment tags still attached.
3. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
4. As soon as we receive your return you will get a confirmation e-mail and we will refund the purchase amount to either your credit card, PayPal or Klarna account.
